EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are limited to cases of product defects, damage, or delivery error.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product, same colour, and same size, subject to stock availability.
  • Items purchased during sale, promotion, or using discount codes/vouchers are non-exchangeable.
  • Free gifts, complimentary items, or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Customers must contact customer service via email before returning any item.
  • Exchange requests should include clear photos or videos of the item showing the issue.
  • Returned items must be shipped within 3 business days of receiving approval for the exchange.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, including:
    • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
    • No odours, stains, or damage
    • All tags and original packaging intact
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will be rejected.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage fees, unless the issue is caused by Empayar Maharani.
  • Customers must notify and provide tracking details for the return parcel.
  • Empayar Maharani is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return shipping.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 15 working days after the item is received and inspected.
  • Empayar Maharani reserves the right to reject any exchange not meeting policy conditions.
  • Store credit may be offered if the same item is unavailable, at the discretion of Empayar Maharani.
  • All exchange decisions are final and non-negotiable.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • All local orders are shipped via Ninja Van unless otherwise specified.
