- Exchanges are limited to cases of product defects, damage, or delivery error.
- Exchanges are allowed only for the same product, same colour, and same size, subject to stock availability.

- Free gifts, complimentary items, or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.

- Returned items must be shipped within 3 business days of receiving approval for the exchange.
- Items must be returned in original condition, including:
- Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- No odours, stains, or damage
- All tags and original packaging intact
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will be rejected.
- Customers are responsible for return postage fees, unless the issue is caused by Empayar Maharani.
- Customers must notify and provide tracking details for the return parcel.
- Empayar Maharani is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return shipping.
- Exchanges will be processed within 15 working days after the item is received and inspected.
- Empayar Maharani reserves the right to reject any exchange not meeting policy conditions.
- Store credit may be offered if the same item is unavailable, at the discretion of Empayar Maharani.
- All exchange decisions are final and non-negotiable.
