How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 2–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping may be delayed during peak seasons, sales, or festive periods.
When will my order be shipped?
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via Ninja Van. A tracking number will be provided once the parcel is dispatched.
How can I track my order?
Tracking details will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp after shipment. You may track your order using the Ninja Van tracking system.
Can I change or cancel my order after payment?
Unfortunately, order changes or cancellations are not allowed once payment has been confirmed.
What if the size doesn’t fit?
We strongly advise customers to refer to our Size Chart before placing an order.
Exchanges are only permitted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received, subject to our Exchange Policy.
